SkyHarbour Goes To Nashville (Issue #38)
For those of you who don’t know Skyharbour is a private jet hangar REIT. The company went public through the Yellowstone Acquisition Company, a SPAC sponsored by Boston Omaha.
SkyHarbour Group (NYSE: SKYH — $195.18m) has now officially opened its next hangar in Nashville. The site is 15 acres that contains 150,000 sqft of hangar space. The space is divided into 13,350 sqft individual hangars, hangars of this size can house anything from a small Cessna to Gulfstreams. On top of this, each hangar has offices, lounges, kitchens, bathroom/shower facilities, and laundry. Like all SkyHarbour Campuses Nashville has its own ground crew for clients.
Looking forward the company has announced that their Miami-Opa Locka Campus will open before the end of the year with 12 13,375 sqft hangars. There are still more campuses to open in Denver, Phoenix, and Dallas.
