How do you get ~$50 / sqft / month? Per investor presentation in Jan 2022, the 5 campus forecasted revenue is ~$32m per annum once fully built out implying ~$38 / sqft / annum based on ~1.2m sqft?
Also, how does the IPO via Yellowstone Acquisition Company get to a campus count of 20? Seems to me they are only funded for the first 6 campuses and the further 14 will require further equity raises?
